Fairfield County Family of Four are eager to find a marvelous Full-time Covid Vaccinated Household Manager with great supporting experience to start end of January of this year.
This position is Monday – Thursday 9am – 7pm and the Family guarantees 40 hours a week. An ideal Nanny for the position is enthusiastic, clean, passionate, organized, professional, reliable, punctual, and has great attention to detail.
The Household Manager would be required to assist the Family in support of their 3500 sq ft 4 floor home with general cleaning and tidying of the home, laundry (whole family), dinner prep, dinner clean up, and some home organization. They would only need help with the children occasionally (during school closures, and occasional babysitting). Being comfortable with pets (they have a labradoodle) and having their own transportation is of great importance. They are also looking for someone who lives in Fairfield County, CT and is proficient in English.
The Family describes their perfect candidate as great with kids, but also passionate about maintaining a well-organized and well-kept home. Being a great cook is very important, while also being very receptive to instructions and feedback (open two-way dialogue). Being responsible, reliable, and having good judgment are also very high on the list for personality traits. Flexibility is also a must as the Family could have evolving needs and want someone who is happy to be a team player.
Both Parents work from home most of the time and really just need support managing the house so that when they are not working they can focus on quality time with the children.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm – 40 hours guaranteed
Languages: English Required
Experience: 2+ Years of Experience as a Household Manager/ or Family Assistant
References: Minimum of 2 References, ideally written
Background: Pass a stringent background check

Position Compensation
Salary: Negotiable $30 an hour depending on experience.
Paid time off: 2 weeks’ vacation (one week vacation at families choosing, one week at Nanny’s choosing)
10 Holidays, 5 sick/personal/weather
Living Accommodations: Live-out or can Live-in Monday – Thursday
Agreement length: Ideally 1+ years Vaccines: Covid-19 w/Booster and Flu shot
