1. Information We Collect
Information families provide. When a family contacts us or completes an application, we may collect names, contact information, address, household and child-care needs, children’s ages, schedule, role requirements, compensation range, and other details needed to understand the placement.
Information candidates provide. When a nanny or household professional applies, we may collect contact information, address, date and country of birth, work authorization information, availability, compensation expectations, education, employment history, references, qualifications, driving information, emergency-contact information, and answers to the application questions. During screening or hiring, we may also collect resumes, recommendation letters, government-issued identification, and other information needed for reference, identity, driving-record, or background checks.
Information from other sources. With appropriate authorization, we may receive information from references, former employers, background-screening providers, driving-record providers, and other sources involved in evaluating a placement.
Website and device information. We and our service providers may collect browser, device, IP-address, cookie, log, and Site-usage information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site.
