Finding the Household Manager

A Household Manager oversees the common operation of the home and will implement discretion and confidentiality in all their domestic duties and the Families’ personal life. This position is well suited for individuals with a pleasant and professional personality, strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills. Certain households may require specialized knowledge of different styles and elements associated with the luxury lifestyle of the Family. A perfect candidate for this position will include a skillful eye for detail, knowledge of etiquette and protocol, efficiency, and demonstrated experience in the delivery of exceptional personal service.

Household Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing household calendars and schedules
  • Arranging appointments
  • Grocery shopping
  • Meal planning and cooking
  • Provide some occasional baby, pet, and or house sitting
  • Laundering
  • Maintain bill payment
  • Collection and organizing of mail
  • Manage office organization
  • Transporting children to and from activities
  • Scheduling travel arrangements
  • Run personal errands

Requirements :

  • Legal to work in the US
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High School Graduate
  • Two years of Professional related Experience
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Excellent References with all past employers
  • At least one year commitment to the family
