North Raleigh Family of four are hoping to find a terrific Full-time Covid Vaccinated Nanny with great infant experience for their 3yo and 4mo little boys to start early February of this year.
This position is Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 2pm with the possibility of Fridays being a little shorter. The Family guarantees 40 hours a week and would see it as a big plus if the Nanny would be available for the occasional date night for the parents. An ideal Nanny for the position is loving, responsible, affectionate, funny, and energetic, while possessing a child education background represents a big plus.
The Nanny would be expected to take the lead with all general childcare responsibilities as well as provide a healthy growth environment for the children to be loved and thrive in. The Family believes in positive reinforcement and would love a Nanny who focuses on the same philosophy while also being comfortable in being themselves around the Family. The Family is also very clean and organized and would prefer a Nanny who made sure to keep this mindset as well when taking care of their boys.
Their oldest is in school Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm. When he comes home from school, the Family likes to try to have youngest down for a nap so that the Nanny can spend some time with their 3yo. They would love for the Nanny to bathe their youngest everyday while their oldest is in school as well. Cooking is welcome if the Nanny is able to do so and enjoys assisting in this overall. They will also begin having their youngest go to some baby gym classes that they will need the Nanny to take him to.
The Family describes themselves as loving, silly, and creative. Oldest is like his dad and is very outgoing and fun loving, curious, smart, and affectionate. Their youngest is a good baby who smiles a lot and sleeps through the night like an angel! Their oldest loves to sing, dance, build with his blocks and Legos, play with his superheroes, read books, explore nature, play piano/guitar/harmonica, do art projects with paint, play doh, stickers, etc. Their youngest likes to play with rattles and be in his bouncer, he loves to have books read to him and hear happy songs.
The Father works mostly from home in his office and the Mother occasionally works from home as well about once a week.

Position Requirements

Experience: 2+ Years of Experience for infants/toddlers
References: Minimum of 2 References, ideally written
Background: Pass a stringent background check

Position Compensation
Salary: $20 to $22 an hour depending on experience
Paid time off: 2 weeks’ vacation (one week vacation at families choosing, one week at Nanny’s choosing)
