Sweet baby girl of only 2 weeks is looking for a nanny to care for her after her parents go back to work early to Mid-July Cary JOB 172
This sweet new family recently relocated to North Carolina to be closer to family and are now putting down roots in the Triangle. Each work full time jobs and spend their free time with family, enjoying the outdoors, exploring the Triangle, cooking, trying new foods, and playing with their dog. As brand-new parents, they are still formulating their own parenting style and learning along the way. While their daughter is only an infant now, longer-term they intend to pursue a positive approach with clear, firm guidelines rooted in kindness and mutual respect. They are looking for someone who has chosen being a nanny as a career and excels at helping children thrive. Most importantly, their ideal nanny is experienced, extremely responsible, and trustworthy.
They should be warm and caring and invested in their daughter. Ideally, they would be interested in forging a long-term relationship with their family and growing with them over time. As the baby grows, they would like her Nanny to spend time with her on a variety of stimulating activities like reading, practicing art, exploring the outdoors, and playing with friends. The family’s ideal schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, however, they do have some flexibility with start times on different days of the week and would be interested in negotiating this with their nanny (e.g. slightly earlier start time on Mondays and Fridays and later on Tuesdays and Thursdays). There is also a potential for some limited overtime during the 8 weeks per year when Mom has a heavier work schedule, the dates of which they would know and plan well in advance.
