New Chapel Hill Family with 6mo little girl need Part Time Nanny in March JOB 209 CLOSED

Recently relocated Chapel Hill Parents are seeking the assistance of a Nanny to start around the first part of March for their 6mo little girl.  They need someone who can dedicate themselves to a schedule of 10:30a – 530p Tuesday – Friday schedule and the Nanny can expect a 28 hour a week working schedule guaranteed with up to 30 hours a week.

The Family’s ideal Nanny is someone with childcare experience who is caring, attentive, and reliable.  They are looking for someone who will engage with their little girl, get down on the floor with her, read to her, and help her explore her world.  The Family wants someone who can help them nurture her curiosity, independence, and expression.  They want to build a long-term relationship with their Nanny and will strive to be clear communicators and reliable with scheduling while expecting the Nanny to do the same.

Typical Nanny responsibilities would include:

Preparing bottles for little girl

Preparing healthy meals as she advances to solids

Infrequent laundry of her clothing and blankets

Playing & reading with little girl

Taking her for walks

Overall Engagement with little girl while providing a priority to her healthy development and safety.

Their little girl loves board books, chew toys, walks & hikes outside, tummy time, and observing her world and engaging with others.  She is most at home in the downstairs living and family rooms, kitchen, and her room upstairs. The Family has a large screened in porch they spend a lot of time with her in (weather depending). They have changing tables on both floors.

One parent will likely work from home sometimes (1-2 days/week) in an upstairs office.

Spanish language would be a great bonus, but not required.
