The Nanny’s primary duty will be caring for the newborn child. Their daughter goes to school all day and usually comes home around 4-5pm. Occasionally she will be home from school, and they would appreciate the Nanny’s help entertaining her, especially during baby nap times. She loves board games, card games, and all things arts and crafts!
Their little boy enjoys drinking milk, sleeping, and playtime, while their little girl enjoys art, music, board games, and playing in the yard.
The Family is very particular about keeping a clean and tidy home. They have several play areas spaces to play and will continue to shift things around as baby gets old enough to play with toys and crawl. They have a playset in the back yard and once baby is old enough, they encourage swinging and outside time including strolls through their walker-friendly neighborhood.
Infant experience is a must with formal training in early education and/or development being a bonus. It is very important to the Family that their next Nanny be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable and minimize distractions during the day (time on devices, taking care of other obligations, etc.)
Their daughter is always singing around the house and dancing. The Family enjoys playing music off and on throughout the day with Disney songs, spa music (great for rocking to sleep!) and more upbeat pop tunes. They would appreciate a Nanny who limits screen time and can engage their little girl with wholesome learning activities and adventures when appropriate.

Position Responsibilities
Childcare: Infant boy and occasionally 5-year-old girl
Housekeeping: They would completely appreciate occasional help with family dinner
meal prep as well as help with cleaning such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping,
wiping down surfaces, and laundry. All related to the children and main used areas.

Position Requirements
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm total weekly hours are
flexible and can be 35 to 45 depending on the nanny’s needs and availability.
Languages: English.
Experience: 3+ Years of Experience caring for infants
References: Minimum of 2 References, ideally written
Background: Pass a stringent background check
Personality Traits: Hardworking, playful, reliable, engaging
Position Compensation
Salary: $19 to $23 hourly
Paid time off: 1 day accrued per month of PTO, 8 holidays
