The Family:
This progressive, emotionally aware couple believes in respectful communication, consistency, and joy. They don’t micromanage, value boundaries, and see their nanny as a trusted partner rather than an employee. They are a fun couple that appreciates humor, and someone who brings silliness into the home will be a great match.
Their home is meticulously cared for, peaceful, and located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large backyard. One parent works from home three days per week, the other one day per week. Two friendly cats in the home will most likely like to interact with the baby and the nanny; no care for them is expected.
The Child:
One infant girl, approximately 3 months old. They follow “Taking Cara Babies” and are seeking a nanny aligned with structured routines, responsive caregiving, and secure attachment.
The schedule:
Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Fridays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
40 hours guaranteed

Responsibilities:
* Infant care with attention to routine and development
* Bottles, baby laundry, and nursery upkeep
* Swimming and driving when appropriate
*No general housekeeping required. (A cleaning service is hired every three weeks)
Compensation & Benefits:
* $25–$32/hour
* 10 days paid vacation
*All major paid holidays (13)
* 3 paid sick days
* Payroll through a tax & payroll company
