Live-in COVID-Cautious nanny for an infant in N.Raleigh Job#109 CLOSED

Raleigh Family is looking for a full-time live-in nanny, that is extremely conscious of the pandemic to care for their developmentally delayed sweet 9-month-old who is all smiles. The family is primarily looking for help taking care of their baby girl during the day from 9:00 am to 5:00pm with an occasional evening and weekend day.

The baby has a routine of daily therapies, a nursing or therapist background will be a plus, but it will not be required as all therapies can be learned easily. The nanny will help administer these as guided sessions with a therapist and will help the baby practice outside of sessions.

The nanny is expected to help clean up after the baby and herself but is not expected to clean up after the adults, the pets, or the house at large. Separate accommodations within the home are provided.

The nanny is welcome to participate in family meals and other social activities inside the house. The nanny is also welcome to private down time as well the family expects a hands-on nanny, but does not wish to  overwork/overstress one with help.

Position Responsibilities

  • Childcare: 9-month-old baby girl.
  • Housekeeping: Baby and nanny items only.
  • Cooking: No.
  • Laundry: For the baby.
  • Errands: No.
  • Driving: No.
  • Travel: No
  • Pets: One cat and one dog, no help needed.

Position Requirements

  • Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
  • Languages: English.
  • Experience: Ideally 3+ years of Experience with infants.
  • References: Minimum of 2 References, ideally written.
  • Background: Pass a stringent background check.
  • Personality Traits: friendly, helpful, positive attitude, caring, and nurturing as well.

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $22 to $25 hourly depending on experience.
  • Living Accommodations: Live-in mindful of Covid-19 regulations and social distancing. Separate staircase to a large private bedroom and bath.
  • Paid time off: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.
  • Health Insurance: No.
